Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of GsResponder, a product of BaceFlip (Suite 306, Adawama Plaza, FCT, Nigeria). By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms.

0. Acceptance & Explicit Consent

By completing the checkout process, you explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. You confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• All information provided (name, email, company, phone, country) is accurate and truthful
• You will only use this tool to access devices you own or have obtained explicit written consent to manage
• You understand that unauthorized remote access is illegal and a violation of these terms

1. KYC & Account Information

To establish a legitimate business relationship, we collect the following information during signup:

• Full name and work email
• Company or organization name
• Phone number (for verification and fraud prevention)
• Country of residence or business
• IP address and browser session information

You agree to keep this information accurate and up to date. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account termination.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled
• Payments are processed in NGN equivalent via Paystack
• Prices are listed in USD and converted at the current exchange rate at time of payment
• Setup is completed within 24 hours of confirmed payment

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use GsResponder only for lawful remote IT management purposes. You must not use the platform to access devices without explicit consent from the device owner. Misuse will result in immediate account suspension without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

4. Account Access

Your dashboard credentials are personal and must not be shared with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Any detected abuse will result in immediate termination.

5. Subscription Expiry

• Accounts are locked on the day of expiry
• A 7-day grace period is provided for renewal
• After 7 days without renewal, the account is suspended
• Reminder emails are sent at day 0, 3, 5, and 7

6. Service Availability

We aim for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated via email.

7. Cancellation

Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. No further charges will be made after confirmed cancellation.

8. Limitation of Liability

GsResponder and BaceFlip are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 30 days.
